Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and lodge statutory forms, annual returns, and other filings with SSM.
  • Draft board resolutions, meeting minutes, and other secretarial documents.
  • Maintain and update statutory registers and company records.
  • Ensure compliance with the Companies Act 2016 and relevant regulations.
  • Liaise with clients, auditors, and government authorities.
  • Support the Company Secretary in handling client portfolios efficiently.
  • Perform any other ad hoc secretarial or administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Corporate Administration, Law, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate secretarial work.
  • Familiar with SSM's MyCoID and MBRS systems.
  • Good command of English, Malay, Chinese, and/or Cantonese.
  • Responsible, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
