What you'll be doing?
  • Financial Management: Issue invoices, process payments, and manage financial records for clients and suppliers, ensuring accurate monthly account closings.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Assist with annual submissions, compile tax records, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Payroll and Claims: Process staff claims and manage monthly payroll, using SQL-based accounting software.
  • Office Operations: Oversee staff records, handle office payments, and maintain a safe and conducive work environment.
  • Executive Support: Manage personal matters for company executives and oversee the CEO's personal and financial portfolio.
Who are they looking for?
  • SQL Proficiency: You should be skilled in using SQL for accounting software, as this is essential for managing the company's financial systems.
  • Accounting Experience: A minimum of 3 years experience in full-set accounting is required to handle the diverse financial responsibilities.
  • Tax and Payroll Knowledge: Experience in managing tax records for government submissions and processing payroll is highly valued.
  • English Proficiency: Strong English language skills are necessary for effective communication in this role.
