Job Description:

  1. Service customer's order as primary customer/site contact for assigned accounts.
  2. Execute Demand Planning processes, ensure customer forecasts are received regularly within agreed periods per contracts, analyzed, entered into CRM, ERP system and communicated to site team.
  3. Create and manage sales orders in the ERP,CRM system.
  4. Coordinate with internal team to ensure On Time Delivery of orders – Interaction includes but not limited to Master Scheduling, Quality and Warehouse teams.
  5. Understand Supply Agreement terms, ensure customer is billed appropriately for all products and services provided.
  6. Lead the construction, documentation, maintenance of commercial models in CRM, Excel and similar data tool.
  7. Support Marketing and Operations areas, providing high quality analysis and recommendations through FCA&DAP process and ad hoc.
  8. Responsible for driving the overall execution of customer service contract and warranty loading into all applicable processes including pull in, push out and cancellation to existing contracts.

Requirements:

  1. Holds a Bachelor's degree.
  2. Fluent in communication with strong ability to handle customer inquiries.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and CRM systems.
  4. Customer oriented with a solid customer service background.
  5. Demonstrates adaptability, resilience, and strong problem solving skills.
