Immediate Hiring Debt Recovery Executive (6-Month Contract Renewable) | Up to RM3,500

Location: Fully work in office (Mercu2)

Working hours : Monday to Friday , 9.30 am to 6.30 pm

Salary :

  • Basic Salary + Performance KPI incentive Up RM3500
  • Fixed Allowance : RM100
  • Entitle for OT and Callback Rates
  • Increment RM100 after 1 year tenure

Job Scope :

  • Engage in debt-related discussions with customers to create personalized repayment strategies.
  • Manage and encourage timely repayments through outbound collections and recovery calls.
  • Proactively meet or exceed assigned targets while adhering to company and regulatory collection policies.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries regarding overdue account repayments.

Requirements :

  • Possess minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • Experience in collections or in a call center background is a plus.
  • Possesses strong interpersonal skills and isable to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
  • Have good composure and showcase excellent problem-solving solving skills.
  • Excellent in both written and verbal communication in English and Malay.
