1.0 Responsibility & Authority:
1.1 Sourcing suppliers based on price, availability, necessity, quality and logistical expenses
1.2 Negotiate and co-ordinate with supplier and cross-functional department for best possible price purchase and delivery time with the quality required for the project
1.3 Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfil all customer requests
1.4 Coordinating with shipping agencies and sellers to ensure timely deliveries and oversee the integrity and quality of delivered goods and services
1.5 Liaise and build good rapport with suppliers and internal team and other departments (relationship management)
2.0 Competency criteria:

2.2 Able to work as a team
2.3 Willing to work under pressure with positive attitude
2.4 Ability to be resourceful and creative
2.5 Good communication skills and self-motivated
2.6 Open to changes and new ideas

3.0 Qualification & Experience:
3.1 SPM/Diploma/Degree in Administration or equivalent qualification
3.2 Have professional qualification in Administration
3.3 Have at least 2 to 4 years of working experience in Administration
