What you'll be doing

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to office and project teams
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, purchase orders, and filing systems
  • Assist in data entry, record keeping, and maintaining office inventory
  • Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments when required
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Assist in preparing quotations or tenders (training provided)
  • Perform any other administrative tasks as assigned by management

What we're looking for

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training will be provided)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn
