Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality output.
  • Monitor production schedules and identify bottlenecks, delays, or issues, taking corrective actions as needed.
  • Provide technical support on the production floor and troubleshoot equipment or machinery problems.
  • Implement, monitor, and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet required standards.
  • Train, guide, and develop production team members to improve skills, productivity, and adherence to SOPs.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., QC, Maintenance, Warehouse) to optimise workflow and achieve production targets.
  • Ensure safety guidelines are followed and maintain a clean, organised, and compliant production environment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records, reports, and documentation.
Requirements/ Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Able to speak Mandarin.
  • Strong technical knowledge of production processes, machinery, and equipment operation.
  • Ability to read and interpret production schedules, SOPs, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in handling production-related challenges.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills to supervise, motivate, and guide the production team.
  • Knowledge of quality control procedures and the ability to implement them consistently.
  • Proficiency in production management systems or reporting tools.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
