Internship Requirements:

  • Candidate is currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources/ Business Administration/ Marketing or equivalent

Intern Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform HR clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, etc. as needed
  • Assist in preparing information and research materials; create and maintain PowerPoint presentations
  • Sort and manage files
  • Manage databases and input information, data, and records
  • Set up, break down, organize, and maintain training rooms; update HR calendars
  • Assist in all HR administrative and HRIS matters
  • Support Senior HRBPs in day to day operations
  • Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic company information; oversee mail deliveries, packages, and couriers

Intern Requirements and Qualifications

  • Diploma & Degree or equivalent; must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program to receive credit
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision
  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
