What you'll be doing?
  • Manage materials: Prepare requisition forms, coordinate deliveries, and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure project needs are met.
  • Handle documentation: Collect and organize site reports, maintain systematic filing, and upload project data to relevant systems.
  • Collaborate across teams: Work with engineering, safety, and quality teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Attend meetings: Provide updates on material status and documentation at project meetings.
  • Supplier relations: Coordinate with suppliers on deliveries, returns, and quality issues to maintain smooth operations.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational background: Candidates with at least an SPM qualification or above are encouraged to apply.
  • Language skills: Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, and English is required. Mandarin-speaking skills are particularly valued for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with a China Main Contractor.
  • Location flexibility: Willingness to be based at the Site Office in Iskandar Puteri, Johor.
  • Adaptability: Ability to perform various duties as assigned by the project manager or site leader.
