As a Client Experience Specialist, you'll manage client relationships, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure seamless communication across our operations. Your bilingual capabilities in Mandarin and English will be essential for daily operations and team collaboration.

Job Summary:

Client Communication & Relationship Building

  • Communicate with clients (Mandarin, English & Malay) to understand their supply chain needs
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Provide timely updates on inventory status and shipment progress

Supply Chain Coordination

  • Monitor and track inventory levels and movements
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams on stock management
  • Work with freight forwarders to arrange shipments
  • Ensure accurate documentation for customs clearance
  • Plan and schedule deliveries efficiently

Problem Solving & Process Improvement

  • Address and resolve delivery or inventory issues promptly
  • Identify opportunities to improve client experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations
  • Maintain accurate records in our systems

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Fresh graduates welcome 1-2 years in customer service, logistics, or supply chain preferred
  • Additional language skills (e.g. proficiency in Mandarin , would be an advantage. We're seeking candidates with strong Mandarin language skills to effectively serve and communicate with our valued Mandarin-speaking clients
