Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage Letters of Award/Appointment for subcontractors.
  • Handle ongoing projects, resolving contractual issues with clients.
  • Prepare and submit progress claims to clients, updating reports monthly.
  • Checking material requisitions, ensuring materials fit within the project budget.
  • Monitoring overall project delivery for material compliance with contracts.
  • Forecasting material costs and tracking construction changes, adjusting budgets accordingly.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare quantity requirements, track materials, and generate reports on cost analyses, budgets, and risk assessments.
  • Attend relevant project and site meetings when necessary.
  • Design Management: Document design changes and update project budgets accordingly.
  • Visit sites if required.
  • Other ad-hoc requests by the leaders.

Requirements

  • Additional knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards will be an added advantage.
