Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning & Operations

  • Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Optimize end-to-end supply chain processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation plans for disruptions in the supply chain.

2. Transportation Management

  • Manage inbound and outbound transportation.
  • Select and negotiate with freight carriers and third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
  • Ensure timely delivery of products to customers and internal locations.

3. Warehouse & Inventory Control

  • Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping.
  • Implement inventory management systems and practices to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Minimize loss and damage through effective warehousing procedures.

4. Team Leadership & Development

  • Supervise, mentor, and train logistics staff and warehouse teams.
  • Set KPIs and performance metrics for team members.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and safety.

5. Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with local, national, and international logistics regulations.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on logistics performance, costs, and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for all logistics activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4, RM5,500.00 per month
