Store Manager

Location: Midvalley Megamall, Kuala Lumpur

Earn Basic + Fix Allowances + Commission + Incentive = total from RM5K-11K depending on sales achievement

Job Scope:-

  • Responsible for organizing, administering and implementing the Company's sales objective for the boutique.
  • Achieve store business goals. Maintain knowledge of store and personal sales targets, working towards all objectives set.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of the store/
  • Provide exemplary customer services ensuring high standards of performance in service excellence.
  • Proactively enhance the customer experience by seeking ways to add value in order to ensure customer satisfaction, and create customer loyalty by staging future visits.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all company product and technical information.
  • Maintain efficient inventory management and integrity.
  • Support the CRM and increase existing base of VIP customers.
  • Be ambassador for the represented brand and portray at all times a professional and customer-oriented image.

Requirements:-

  • Minimum 5-7 years of total retail experience with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Communicate with brand leaders from China who are mandarin speaking. Training in mandarin.
  • Ability to communicate, influence and negotiate effectively with all levels of leadership.
  • Proven organisational skills – able to manage multiple demands with competing priorities and allocate time effectively
  • Ability to analyse situations and resolve issues with innovation and creativity
  • Ability to challenge and influence operational processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4, RM8,500.00 per month
