Location: Pulau Indah

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients and internal teams related to flexitank usage, installation, and performance.
  • Assist in installation supervision, training, and on-site guidance at customer premises or during loading/unloading processes.
  • Conduct quality checks and inspections of flexitanks to ensure compliance with product and safety standards.
  • Work closely with the R&D, production, and quality teams to resolve technical issues and improve product design or application.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, manuals, SOPs, and reports.
  • Participate in customer feedback sessions, record technical complaints, and coordinate follow-up actions.
  • Support the sales and business development teams by providing technical presentations or demos when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and logistics protocols.
  • Assist in root cause analysis and recommend improvements to minimize product failure and optimize performance.
  • Perform data analysis and reporting on support trends and customer issues.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automation, Manufacturing) or related technical field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in technical support, or related manufacturing industry (Fresh graduates with strong interest are welcome).
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin as some of the job process is to deal with customer from China.
  • Good understanding of logistics processes, particularly in bulk liquid transport and containerized solutions is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to travel for on-site support or outstation assignments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic technical documentation tools.
  • Able to commute to Pulau Indah.
