Indoor Sales Support

  • To assist sales team in sourcing rate, to do procurement/vendor management, to handle global sales.
  • Prepare and process sales orders, delivery orders, and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with the sales team, warehouse, and logistics departments to ensure on-time delivery of goods.
  • Maintain and update customer records, sales data, and documentation in the system.
  • Support sales representatives in tracking order status and resolving customer issues.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative support (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for junior roles).
  • Knowledge of basic logistics or supply chain flow is an advantage.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage depending on customer base).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
