工作描述:

  • 与客户互动:协助上门客户,了解他们的需求,并提供我们豪华汽车零部件范围的专业建议。
  • 销售卓越:通过向客户推荐最佳解决方案来推动销售,确保他们获得所需的正确产品。
  • 建立关系:与客户建立并维护牢固的关系,确保回头客和客户忠诚度。
  • 管理咨询:及时且专业地处理电话和电子邮件咨询,提供准确的信息和支持。
  • 库存管理:协助保持库存水平,确保热门产品的可用性,并管理库存补充。

职位要求:

  • 任何教育水平。
  • 拥有汽车行业销售经验者优先。
  • 英语和普通话流利。

Your Role & Impact

As a Sales Executive, you'll be the face of our premium brand, delivering expert guidance and building lasting relationships with our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to walk-in customers, offering expert product recommendations
  • Handle customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, in-person) with professionalism
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business
  • Support inventory management processes and stock level monitoring
  • Prepare accurate sales quotations and process invoices efficiently
  • Collaborate seamlessly with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries
Your Profile

Essential Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to serve our diverse clientele
  • Availability: Flexible to work Saturdays as part of our customer service commitment
  • Attitude: Genuine enthusiasm for automotive products and customer service excellence
  • Experience : Fresh graduates encouraged to join us

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience, particularly in the automotive industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
