About the Role:

We're looking for a motivated Inbound Sales Representative to join our growing team in the logistics industry. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and driving business growth through proactive outreach and excellent customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into customers
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential new clients to promote logistics services and generate new business opportunities
  • Understand customers' shipping and logistics needs, and propose suitable solutions
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and performance targets

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (experience in logistics or freight forwarding is an advantage)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Mandarin
  • Confident in making outbound calls and handling objections
  • Goal-driven, resilient, and self-motivated
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
