Our client OpenSys Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Support & Executive to join their team

This is an exciting opportunity to provide essential support to the Sales team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. You'll be at the heart of the sales process, contributing to the team's success and growth.

What you'll be doing?
  • Manage calendars and schedules: Assist the GCCO/CEO with managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing meeting materials.
  • Organize meetings: Schedule and organize internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
  • Support the sales team: Provide relevant administration and support to the sales team, including preparing quotations and sales proposals.
  • Maintain documentation: Keep sales-related documents organized and up-to-date, such as contracts and agreements.
  • Communicate effectively: Liaise with internal teams and external parties on behalf of the sales team, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Handle administrative tasks: Perform day-to-day administrative duties and provide ad hoc support to the Sales leadership and team members.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational background: Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective team collaboration and customer engagement.
  • Technical proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Nationality: Must be a Malaysian citizen.
