FINANCE :

To manage daily operation of accounting departments including keeping track of all expenditures and profits.

To manage the daily & monthly cash flow of the Company - Treasury Function (including and Monthly Bank Reconciliation).

To monitor the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable function.

To record all the journal entries and vouchers keyed in the Accounting System.

Review the accounting transactions and Prepare the monthly account closing.

ADMIN :

To manage and responsible for a variety of daily administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of the office.

IT :

Setup new laptop for new/existing staffs i.e setup user, Outlook, MS Team, server access, printer setup.

Attend to any IT issue that involved front end/hardware.

Assist engineers to download software requested.

Liaise with IT Support & PTS IT for troubleshooting.

HR :

To support in terms of hiring process and training coordination.

QMS :

To support in terms of Quality Management System documentation.

Handle any other tasks given from time to time by Admin/Finance/IT/HR/QA

Qualification :

Bachelor in Finance/Accounting with 3 years working experience in the same position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
