JSK Mantanani Island Resort - the LARGEST Resort on Mantanani Island which cater for, amongst other resort activities, spa services, sea turtle hatchery, wellness, accommodation, FMCG, F&B, souvenir outlet, beach recreational sports, snorkeling, diving, boat transfer, and other island resort centered activities, we are currently looking for experienced and dedicated individuals with the "CAN DO" attitude to join our family.

Prior Resort China Market Segment Guest Relations / Sales experience is essential.

  • Transportation from KK to JSK Mantanani Island Resort shall be provided.
  • 3 meals per day (breakfast, lunch and dinner) provided.
  • Staff accommodation provided.
  • Service Share $$$

Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Resort Manager
  • Responsible to manage all guest relations services, check-in and check-out tasks.
  • Responsible to manage online, OTA and related bookings /reservations.
  • Responsible to greet and welcome guests.
  • Responsible to provide answers and replies to all guest inquiries.
  • Responsible to provide information about available rooms, rates and products at JSK Mantanani Island Resorts.
  • Responsible to handle and reslove guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma in Hospitality Management/Tourism/Front Office/Customer Service/ Admin and/or equivalent.
  • Exposure to the Hospitality Guest Relations / Front Office essential.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • English and Mandarin essential to handle foreign China / Taiwan / HK guests.
  • Must be IT literate.
