JSK Mantanani Island Resort, the largest resort at Mantanani Island, which caters for, amongst other activities, accommodation, F&B, water sports, beach sports, snorkeling, boat transfer, and other island resort-centered activities, is currently looking for experienced and dedicated individuals to join our team.

Prior island resort front office operations experience is essential.

  • Free 3 meals per day (Full Board)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to assist the FOM for the overall Resort FO operations.
  • Exposure to island resort FO operations, and related a prerequisite.
  • Engaged with all resort FO daily activities providing leadership and assistance to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting high expectations for professionalism, hospitality, and positive guest interactions.
  • Supervise and direct various FO sections.
  • Quickly respond to and resolve guest complaints and incidents and complete all required reporting documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in resort/hotel management, FO, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of exposure in the related field.
  • ISO and IT literate.
