About the roleAs a Senior Accounts Executive at Awesomeree Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's financial records and ensuring accurate reporting. This full-time position, based in Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur, will involve working closely with the finance team to support the overall financial operations of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Be able to converse in Mandarin and English
  • Be able to assist and prepare tax planning with relevant accounting standards and regulations
  • Preparing and processing accounts payable and receivable documents
  • Reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
  • Maintaining and updating the company's accounting records and databases

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar senior accounts executive role
  • Be able to converse in Mandarin and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and reporting standards
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
