Job description


• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on price, quality, availability, and logistical requirements.


• Conduct supplier assessments through visits, interviews, and performance evaluation.


• Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.


• Negotiate pricing, terms, and supply contracts to achieve cost efficiency.


• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure purchasing supports operational needs.


• Monitor stock levels and liaise with warehouse for material replenishment.


• Assist in supplier evaluation and support ISO or internal audit requirements.


• Manage office maintenance and asset records and ensure a safe working environment.


• Perform other purchasing or administrative duties assigned by management.


• Assist in arranging company events, meetings and staff activities when required.
