Role Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Admin, Accounts cum HR Clerk for a full-time, on-site position based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The role involves managing day-to-day administrative tasks, overseeing accounts-related activities, and providing HR support including maintaining employee records and coordinating HR-related processes. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with payroll processing and supporting the management team as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices and HR Management
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Benefits Administration
  • Skills in organizing and delivering Training sessions
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Competence in basic accounting and administrative procedures
  • Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
