Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily accounting tasks, including invoices, billing, and payment records.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and monthly/quarterly reports.
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Support annual audit and tax filing processes.
  • Maintain proper financial records and documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Manage general office duties, including filing, mail, and office supplies procurement.
  • Assist HR-related tasks such as employee onboarding, offboarding, and attendance tracking.
  • Coordinate internal meetings and company events.
  • Provide support for other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Admin and Accounting.
  • Proficient in using SQL.
