Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Building Manager to join our property management team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all administrative, accounting, and technical operations of the building.
  • Coordinate daily duties with service providers and contractors.
  • Manage the collection of maintenance fees from residents and owners.
  • Prepare and present operational reports for the committee.
  • Attend committee meetings and liaise with relevant government agencies.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in property/building management will be an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle administrative tasks and resolve operational issues effectively.
