  • Manage the entire auditing and tax process, including planning, execution, and review of audit activities.
  • Develop annual audit and tax plans, coordinating related activities to ensure they are conducted efficiently and effectively while adhering to timelines and budgets.
  • Review audit work papers and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant standards.
  • Review tax computations, returns, and related schedules, while responding to clients' queries and addressing their concerns in a timely manner.
  • Review management accounts and related schedules, providing clarification to clients and resolving their enquiries and concerns.
  • Communicate with senior management regarding audit/tax findings, risks identified, and recommendations for improvements.
  • Responsible for mentoring junior staff whenever required.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in auditing or related fields, demonstrating proficiency in various auditing methodologies and standards
  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Professional certifications like ACCA, CPA or CA is highly preferred
  • Responsible in meeting deadlines and demonstrating leadership by guiding junior team members when required.
  • Able to analyze complex data, identify risks, and resolve issues
  • Capable of presenting findings clearly to management and collaborating effectively with various stakeholders across the organization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
