Lokasi: Beberapa Drop-Off Point (akan ditempatkan di kawasan berhampiran)

Tugas & Tanggungjawab

  • Sambut dan bantu pelanggan dengan cara yang mesra dan profesional
  • Pastikan kaunter & kawasan kerja sentiasa kemas dan lengkap dengan bahan keperluan
  • Urus penghantaran dan pengambilan parcel, serta koordinasi dengan pemandu
  • Pantau operasi harian di Drop-Off Point dan lapor jika ada isu
  • Susun, asing dan proses parcel untuk penghantaran
  • Buat kerja tambahan (ad-hoc) bila diperlukan

Syarat Kelayakan

  • Boleh mula kerja dengan segera
  • Boleh kerja 6 hari seminggu (1 hari cuti)
  • Pengalaman dalam khidmat pelanggan atau logistik satu kelebihan
  • Boleh guna asas komputer (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace)
  • Rajin, bertanggungjawab dan boleh kerja dalam pasukan

Gaji & Faedah

  • Gaji Pokok: RM1,850
  • Elaun Tetap: RM150
  • Insentif Prestasi: Sehingga RM573 sebulan
  • OT Layak Dituntut (ikut Akta Kerja)
  • Tempoh kontrak: 1 tahun (3 bulan probation, boleh diserap tetap)

Waktu Kerja

  • 10:00 pagi – 6:30 petang ATAU 1:00 petang – 9:00 malam
  • 6 hari seminggu (1 hari rehat)

Hanya 1 sesi temuduga (bersama Hiring Manager)
