What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Greet and engage customers, creating a warm and professional in-store experience.
  • Understand product features and benefits to confidently explain and demonstrate smart home solutions.
  • Drive daily and monthly sales targets with a strong closing attitude.
  • Build trust and lasting customer relationships through excellent service.
  • Keep the store neat, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Work as a team to achieve outlet goals and deliver outstanding results.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and new arrivals.

What We're Looking For:

  • SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in retail or sales is an advantage — but passion and attitude matter more.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Friendly, confident, and motivated to achieve sales targets.
  • A good listener who can understand customer needs and offer the right solutions.
  • Positive, energetic, and a team player.
  • Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
