Position: Sales & Marketing Support Executive

Work location: HQ - Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya Selangor

Are you passionate about sales, marketing, and building lasting client relationships?

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Support Executive to join our team at Terengganu Silica — Malaysia's leading producer of High Purity Silica Sand and related products.

In this role, you'll support sales growth, drive marketing initiatives, and ensure seamless coordination between customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to support business growth and satisfaction.

  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts in line with company policies.

  • Support sales and marketing strategies for High Purity Silica Sand and its by-products.

  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities.

  • Plan and execute marketing activities, including advertising, social media, and promotional campaigns.

  • Achieve sales targets and develop strategies to expand market reach and brand visibility.

  • Analyze sales performance and recommend pricing or marketing adjustments.

  • Coordinate order processing, documentation, and delivery with internal teams.

  • Maintain regular communication with customers and handle confidential information professionally.

  • Perform other related tasks or projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2–3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Chinese (essential for communication with clients from China).

  • Additional language proficiency will be an added advantage.

  • Good analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.

  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team.

  • Willing to travel as required.
