Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Assistant Catering Manager. The role involves assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of catering services across 2 hotel's Mercure Selangor Selayang and Ibis Styles Kuala Lumpur Sri Damansara. Daily responsibilities include supervising catering and food service operations, ensuring top-notch quality standards in food preparation and presentation, and maintaining excellent customer service. The role also requires collaborating with teams to provide seamless service for events and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Catering Sales experience.
  • Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to promptly and professionally address client needs
  • Experience in handling Chinese and Malay wedding event's.
  • Experience in hotel catering sales.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational excellence
  • Flexibility to adapt to on-site work and event schedules
