Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant based in Batu Caves. The Administrative Assistant will manage daily office operations, support executive staff, maintain effective communication, and ensure a well-organized office environment. Responsibilities will include handling clerical tasks, ensuring professional communication over phone and email, and providing support with executive administrative needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance, including the ability to manage office operations and multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, handling scheduling, and providing direct support to company leadership.
  • Proficient in Clerical Skills, including filing, organizing documents, and managing office supplies.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in office software tools such as MS Office Suite is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or a related field is strongly preferred.
