Job summary:

To be trained to become the top management of the company.

Summary of Essential Job Functions:

  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Assist in creating and distributing meeting minutes for the monthly manager's meeting and other executive meetings.
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation when needed.
  • Attend to client inquiries and provide product information.
  • Follow up with the client on the order and payment status.
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as creating quotations, invoice, updating company records, managing company files, managing company databases and developing procedures for handling specific administrative tasks.
  • Provide support in trainings and events whenever needed.
  • Assist in project management, coordinating, planning and scheduling projects

  • Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.

  • Required skill(s): independent, willing to travel, communication skill, presentation, multi task.
  • Applicants must be willing to travel outstation whenever needed.
  • Minimum one year of working experience is required.
  • Our office is just located at Mid Valley KL.
