Responsibilities:-

  1. Customer Satisfaction

  2. Listen and communicate positively with customers to build a strong and loyal relationship

  3. Ensure that all product, facilities and services that were advertised and promoted are correct and updated. Any discrepancies must be reported immediately

  4. Participate in store re-opening process by welcoming customers and filling up the shortages

  5. Organization Efficiency

  6. Keep the Company's assets in good operating condition

  7. Observe and comply with Company's policies
  8. Ensure that Assets are in good condition and to train team member to do the same as well
  9. Participating in ensuring that all safety and security equipment are in good working condition
  10. Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve the merchandise flow, implantation and presentation
  11. Emphasize on teamwork and teambuilding to create a happy and harmonious working environment
  12. Provide assistance and have good communication with your team

  13. Be independent and disciplined

  14. Employee training and Development

  15. To participate in any training activities being assigned to

  16. Provide and organize training to improve professional skills of your team

  17. Lead and motivate your team to achieve results and to develop their career/knowledge/skills

  18. Financial Performance

  19. Adhere to store budgeted expenditure

  20. Propose action plan to control operating expense better
  21. Provide correct report and figures and be responsible on it
  22. To update known loss
  23. Returning of goods are done according to the procedures

Requirements:-

  • Possessed at least Diploma/Degree Holder in any field.
  • 2-3 years of working experiences in retail operations management/related field.
  • Computer literacy skill needed: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Team
  • Able to work on shift including Off Day, Rest Day or Public Holiday.
