Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kuala Lumpur for a Beverage Innovation Specialist. The Beverage Innovation Specialist will be responsible for designing and developing new beverage recipes, analyzing market trends to create innovative products, and ensuring recipes align with company standards. Additional responsibilities include conducting product testing, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and tools.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Recipe Development, Beverage Creation, and Sensory Evaluation
  • Experience in Market Research, Trend Analysis, and Consumer Behavior Studies
  • Expertise in Quality Control, Product Testing, and Standard Compliance
  • Collaboration and Team Coordination abilities with excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in using tools and technologies relevant to beverage preparation and design
  • Background in Food and Beverage or Culinary Arts is advantageous
  • Flexibility to adapt to new trends and quickly execute innovative ideas
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or a related field
