Role Summary

You'll be a hands-on, end-to-end Cloud Service Engineer. You will design, deploy, optimize, defend, and operate SaaS across Linux and Windows on multiple clouds.

For earlier career candidates, we also have a Junior Cloud Service Engineer role with mentoring and pathway to senior.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate project requirements into robust infrastructure designs; lead SaaS product setup, deployment, and handover
  • Architect, deploy, and manage Linux & Windows servers across AWS, Azure, and on-premises, ensuring HA, scalability, and resilience
  • Monitor system health, detect and resolve issues, maintain uptime SLAs
  • Apply patching, backups, log review, audit processes, and security hardening
  • Build and maintain automation, infrastructure-as-code, runbooks, and technical documentation
  • Participate in capacity planning, performance tuning, cost optimization
  • Partner with IT Security to implement compliance controls and secure architecture
  • Drive disaster recovery planning, risk evaluation, and contingency strategies
  • Provide on-call / post-implementation support and escalation handling
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Linux + Cloud infrastructure setup, operations, administration
  • Strong experience in both Linux and Windows system administration
  • Proficient with AWS (Azure, Huawei cloud is a plus)
  • Experience with virtualization & containers (Docker, VMware, Kubernetes, etc.)
  • Strong scripting / automation skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
  • Familiar with network fundamentals: switching, firewalls, VPNs, WiFi, etc
  • Solid understanding of cloud security, IAM, and compliance
