Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 implementations.
  • Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Define architecture for integrations, data migration, reporting, and security.
  • Guide and mentor technical and functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure adherence to Microsoft's best practices and Success by Design framework.
  • Engage with client stakeholders to align solutions with business outcomes.
  • Support pre-sales activities including solution design, effort estimation, and proposal development.
  • Contribute to reusable assets, templates, and methodologies.
  • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and user adoption strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • More than 6 years of experience in delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Experience with Azure services: Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, API Management.
  • Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and .NET Framework.
  • Experience with custom plugins, workflows, and JavaScript-based UI customizations.
  • Familiarity with ALM practices using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
  • Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OData, and webhooks.
  • Knowledge of ETL tools, data migration strategies, and data modeling.
  • Experience with SQL Server, FetchXML, and SSRS/Power BI reporting.
  • Understanding of role-based security, field-level security, and data access policies.
  • Experience implementing governance frameworks, compliance standards, and solution lifecycle management.
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert (MB-600).
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
  • Azure Fundamentals or Architect-level certifications.
