They also provide chauffeured and self-drive limousine services, ensuring flexibility, comfort, and a premium experience defined by elegance, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Position: Admin Assistant / Front Desk

Location: Kelana Jaya, HighPark Suites

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence and communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
  • Support teams and management with ad-hoc tasks and special projects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma.
  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative or clerical roles preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good communication skills in English and BM. Mandarin is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Must possess own transport.
  • Must be good in English/Mandarin.

Remuneration packages:

Basic: RM 2, 000 — RM 3, 000 (depends on experiences)

EPF, SOCSO, EIS

Working Days: 5 days work week (Mon to Fri)

Working Hours: Mon – Friday 9 – 6pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
