Job Descriptions:

  • Develop and execute integrated PR strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Lead brand positioning and reputation management initiatives.
  • Oversee preparation of press releases, speeches, and corporate statements.
  • Ensure all communications reflect brand values, tone, and visual identity.
  • Drive brand storytelling and CSR initiatives to enhance public perception.
  • Act as company spokesperson when required.
  • Manage executive communications and media engagements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, government, and industry KOLs.
  • Lead response efforts to protect and maintain corporate reputation.
  • Monitor public sentiment and address emerging issues proactively.
  • Manage media and social media communication during crises.
  • Lead and mentor the PR and communications team for performance excellence.
  • Manage budgets, campaigns, and media engagement strategies.
  • Oversee social media strategy aligned with corporate communication goals.
  • Manage online reputation and ensure brand consistency across digital platforms.
  • Supervise content creation and crisis response on social channels.
  • Advise senior management on communication, branding, and PR strategy.
  • Align communication plans with corporate strategic objectives.
  • Evaluate effectiveness and optimize communication resources.
  • Lead large-scale campaigns and media partnerships.
  • Build strategic alliances with PR agencies, media, and industry influencers.
  • Plan and manage VIP events, logistics, and hospitality arrangements.
  • Ensure a premium experience for stakeholders during high-profile engagements.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in public relations, corporate communications, or brand management, preferably in a corporate or government-linked organization.
  • Proven experience in media relations, crisis management, and executive communication.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, partners, and media.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in digital media management, public speaking, and strategic communication planning.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage complex communication situations with tact and professionalism

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8, RM10,000.00 per month
