JOB TITLE: PROJECT MANAGER (EVENT MANAGEMENT)

LOCATION: ADVANCED PROFINITY SDN BHD (PUNCAK ALAM)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Serve as the Event Manager, overseeing event setup, coordination, and overall execution.

· Act as the Marketing Asset Coordinator, managing the preparation and organization of marketing materials before and after events.

· Perform duties as a Runner, collecting and delivering marketing items from the Operations Department.

· Function as the Event Coordinator for both internally organized and collaborative events.

· Prepare and arrange all necessary items for events, ensuring proper setup at the venue.

· Monitor and record inventory usage (e.g., Mannol oil), count remaining stock after events, and return items to the Operations Department at the warehouse.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years in event planning or project management.
  • Passion for Events: Demonstrated enthusiasm for event management and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Agility: Ability to think and work quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Licensing: Must possess a valid driver's license and own transportation. A GDL (Goods Driver's License) is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM4,500.00 per month
