We're looking for a highly driven and hands-on Asset & Property Manager to take charge of the full spectrum of asset management, property maintenance, and refurbishing within our Group's portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional who's passionate about delivering excellence, optimizing building performance, and ensuring a comfortable, safe, and efficient environment for all occupants.Undertake and manage full spectrum of asset management and property maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure that all the maintenance contracts and the schedules/programmes are timely and properly executed by the contractors
  • To attend to repair/rectification/refurbishing works for the buildings as and when required including preparation of work specification, calling and evaluation of quotations/tenders, obtaining approval and execution of work with quality control
  • To assess and recommend any upgrading works to the buildings owned by the Group to ensure comfort and safety of the occupants
  • Supervise and verify all works performed by contractors and vendors based on the contract Managing the departmental budget and expenditure, training and insurance coverage
  • Collaborate with contractors, engineers, architects to determine the specifications of the project
  • Plan all construction operations and schedule Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
  • Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports to the management Excellent rapport with government agencies and regulators

What we are looking for?

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or Real Estate Management.
  • Minimum 5–6 years of proven experience in property management, construction management, business ventures, real estate, or investment.
  • Strong understanding of local regulations related to property and business ventures.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and projects independently.
  • A proactive problem-solver who can balance technical detail with big-picture business thinking.
  • Willingness to take on ad-hoc tasks and contribute to the company's continuous improvement and growth.
