Role Summary  

Supports the property management team by assisting in daily operations, ensuring compliance, and collaborates in maintaining high service standards. The role coordinates, follows up, and reports on maintenance, tenant relations, and financial activities to ensure operational efficiency. 

Key Outcomes 

Implements support strategies that contribute to efficient property operations and service delivery. 

Expedite maintenance and administrative tasks to ensure timely completion. 

Enhances tenant and owner satisfaction by clarifying concerns and solving issues promptly. 

Key Responsibilities 

Support to Manager  

Supports property operations, including facilities management and routine maintenance. 

Collaborates with the team to resolve tenant issues and clarify service-related concerns. 

Ensures compliance by reviewing property policies and lease terms. 

Maintenance & Financial Support  

Coordinates and schedules maintenance work, follows up to ensure timely completion. 

Assists in preparing budgets and tracking expenses to meet financial goals. 

Collects rent and follows up on outstanding payments to ensure consistent cash flow. 

Tenant & Owner Communication  

Responds to inquiries and complaints, clarifies issues, and solves problems effectively. 

Maintains professional communication and supports strong relationships with owners and tenants. 

Provides timely updates and reports on maintenance progress or property matters. 

Reporting  

Assists in the preparation of financial and operational reports. 

Reviews maintenance costs and budget statuses for accuracy and completeness.
