The Business Development Executive (Sales) is responsible for growing Suvai Foods' market presence by developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing retail partners. This includes visiting shops, taking repeat orders, introducing new products, and identifying new sales channels to achieve company sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new retail shops, supermarkets, and cafés.
  • Visit existing customers regularly to collect orders and ensure product availability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Promote Suvai Foods' products and ensure visibility in outlets.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and area coverage goals.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales visit reports and share market feedback.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for stock, delivery, and customer support.
  • Participate in product sampling, events, and trade promotions when needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in FMCG or food product sales preferred.
  • Possess valid driving license and own transport (motorcycle or car).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Good knowledge of local market routes and retail networks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in FMCG or food product sales preferred.
  • Possess valid driving license and own transport (motorcycle or car).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Good knowledge of local market routes and retail networks.
