About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Network Product Engineer
to join our Network Product Department as part of a transformative One Network Program. This initiative aims to drive digital transformation, enhance connectivity expertise, and mitigate cyber risks across our global operations.

Within the Data Center Foundation product line, you will be responsible for designing, engineering, delivering, and supporting critical infrastructure including routers, switches, Internet access, DC interconnection backbone, and DWDM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Solution Design

• Define, advertise, and deliver sustainable, robust, and secured network solutions
• Collaborate with Group Security, CTO, and program teams to propose cost-effective solutions that deliver business value
• Contribute to medium and long-term product evolution and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage advisory, selection, design, secure build, and integration for products in scope

Technical Operations

• Participate in architecture definition and integration based on current standard solutions (Cisco ACI, VMware NSX-T)
• Lead deployment of network solutions across data center environments
• Define and implement operating models for network infrastructure
• Ensure quality of service delivery and ongoing support of solutions

Collaboration & Support

• Facilitate communications between functional groups, IT Services, strategic partners, and vendors
• Provide high-level expertise and support on products and services
• Deliver strong support for P1 and P2 incidents in data center environments
• Provide support and/or lead problem management initiatives
• Create comprehensive documentation and assist with infrastructure documentation efforts

Required Qualifications

Technical Expertise

• Essential:
  Strong expertise in managing Data Center infrastructure with
  Cisco ACI
  and
  VMware NSX-T
• Essential:
  Network Automation expertise using
  Terraform, Ansible, and Python
• Proven experience driving large architecture, standardization, and transformation initiatives
• Deep understanding of current network and infrastructure challenges and trends

Additional Technical Skills (Valued)

• Network Security products, SASE, and Segmentation technologies
• Identity services, Voice, WiFi, SD-WAN, LAN wired, WAN, MPLS

Professional Skills

• Strong results orientation and change leadership
• Excellent communication skills - ability to explain complex architectural concepts to both technical teams and senior management
• Proven ability to work effectively in international, multicultural environments
• Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Excellence in deliverables with ability to work within tight planning constraints
