POSITION ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Set up and operate CNC Blanking Machine such as Prima Power / Thrump / Fiber Laser / LCC1 to manufacture metal parts according to specifications.
  • Load and unload raw materials and finished products from the blanking process.
  • Monitor the process cycle time and produce good quality parts as per drawing and work instructions.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machinery.
  • Conduct quality inspections on finished products to identify defects and ensure they meet specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of production output and update in XERM.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT :

  • Required: High School Diploma or equivalent AND successful completion of a recognized Vocational or Technical program (Certificate/Diploma) in CNC Machining, Metal Fabrication, or Manufacturing Technology.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in operating and setting up industrial CNC machinery.
  • At least 1 year of direct, hands-on experience with CNC Blanking, Punching, or Fiber Laser systems (e.g., Prima Power, Thrump, LCC1).
  • Demonstrated ability to read complex blueprints and perform quality checks using precision measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers).

OTHER PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:

  • Proficiency in operating and setting up CNC Blanking machine, understanding the mechanics of the machinery, and performing routine maintenance.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to work in potentially noisy and dusty environments while wearing protective gear.
  • Ability to conduct quality inspections to ensure that the produced parts meet specific standards and requirements. Precision measurement skills (calipers, micrometers).
