  • Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and maintain confidentiality in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Prepare examination rooms and ensure equipment and supplies are clean and ready for use.
  • Assist healthcare professionals during patient examinations and minor procedures.
  • Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Process billing, insurance claims, and payments as needed.
  • Maintain stock of medical and office supplies; report shortages promptly.
  • Ensure the clinic's cleanliness, safety, and adherence to infection control protocols.
  • Provide compassionate support and assistance to patients and their families.
  • Able to post marketing ads on social media platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
