About The Role:

We are a lean technology startup, providing a sophisticated & specialized platform. We are looking for a proactive and creative Customer Experience & Marketing Intern to support customer engagement initiatives and brand marketing efforts.You will work directly with the founders of the Company and hear the business strategy first hand. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in administrative duties as assigned and ensure all information is updated and documented.
  • Support outreach efforts to private and university dental clinics.
  • Support marketing campaigns and track engagement.
  • Help schedule and publish content across platforms.
  • Participate in brainstorming creative ideas to promote the brand and increase engagement.
  • Other ad hoc duties

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related fields. We also welcome applicants who are seeking voluntary internship experience.
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Creative, willing to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interest in customer experience, branding, or marketing.
  • Preferrably local Malaysians, but foreign nationals can apply too.
