Character Concept Artist [Mandarin Speaking]

Job Responsibilities

  1. Design characters, monsters, and pets based on the game genre, theme, and art style, and establish visual templates and design standards.
  2. Create character concept art suitable for efficient 3D modeling, and support quality optimization for the 3D production pipeline.
  3. Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and other artists to accurately interpret creative briefs and ensure high-quality in-game implementation.
  4. Participate in outsourcing reviews and feedback, ensuring the quality and progress of external deliverables.

Job Requirements

  1. Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin is required
  2. Diploma or above in Art, Design, or related fields, with strong foundational skills in drawing and visual arts.
  3. 2+ years of experience in character concept art, with full familiarity of the end-to-end character design pipeline.
  4. Strong communication and teamwork skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work under pressure.

Eagerness to learn, with a good sense of current visual trends, strong aesthetics, and original creative thinking.
