Why Join As a Mortgage Product Specialist at OCBC, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of home financing. You'll have the opportunity to develop innovative mortgage products that meet the evolving needs of our customers, and contribute to the growth of our mortgage business.

How you succeed To succeed in this role, you'll need to stay ahead of the curve in terms of market trends and customer needs. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and launch new mortgage products, and continuously monitor and refine existing ones to ensure they remain competitive.

What you do Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify opportunities for new mortgage products
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to design and develop new mortgage products
  • Working with risk management teams to ensure that new products meet regulatory requirements
  • Developing business cases and product proposals for new mortgage products
  • Launching and promoting new mortgage products to internal stakeholders and customers

Who you are

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as finance, economics, or business
  • At least 3 years of experience in product development, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • A customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions that meet customer needs
