DESCRIPTION:

  • Familiar with ZTE tools such as UME, EMS, and Netmax.
  • Experienced in ZTE Digi OSS KPI analysis and optimization.
  • Able to analyze and provide solutions for issues related to network optimization, technical analysis, and handling customer/VIP complaints.
  • Capable of performing Radio Network Parameter optimization.
  • Experienced in ZTE Digi SSV/Babysitting (BBS), Antenna Swap, and SSO activities.

REQUIREMENT:

  • Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
  • Strong technical expertise in data models, database design and development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
  • Knowledge of statistics and hands-on experience using statistical tools/packages for data analysis (e.g., MS Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in writing queries, generating reports, and presenting findings effectively.
  • Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field.

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
